WIND POWER GENERATION (FUTURE INTENTION)

 

It is our intention to enter the market for Wind Energy, as our existing manufacturing facilities are ideal for the complete manufacture of Conical Tubular Towers (including doors, ladders, platforms) for Wind Turbines up to 100m in height:

 

 

  • Metal Forming (Plate-bending) Equipment: for the rolling of steel plates (up to 60mm in thickness) to conical shells

 

  • Pipe-welding rotators (up to 60 ton Loading Capacity): for positioning of shells for welding.

 

  • Automatic Welding Equipment: for welding of longitudinal and circumferential weld seams

 

  • X-Ray/Ultrasonic Testing Equipment (operated by our qualified technicians): for the inspection of quality of welding seams.

 

  • Overhead Travelling Cranes (with tandem lifting capacity up to 50tons): for transporting the shells/tower sections within the factory and finally loading onto the truck for transport to the project site.
